This flower bush resides between my neighbors house and my driveway. I see this plant everyday but on the day I took this picture it was extremely sunny and the purple hues stood out against the brush behind. I proceeded to get closer for my shot when I realized there was a bee collecting pollen inside. It was hard to focus on both but I couldn't imagine taking a picture of the flower and downplaying the rarity of this moment.
